      The shape is really well designed, allowing you to position your head correctly in relation to your chest and avoid hunching your shoulders. You need to position it with the highest side towards you, as your head needs to be tilted back slightly. It comes with a cover but no pillowcase that fits the shape, so i use a standard pillowcase.
