At Seralight, we want you to love your purchase. We understand the challenges of online shopping and are committed to providing a smooth, stress-free experience.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Items

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or is lost in transit, we will issue a refund or replacement.

To process your claim, please provide photo or video evidence to info@shopseralight.com.

Important:
• Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Delivery time is verified through the carrier’s tracking information.
• Some rhinestones on our nail lamps may come loose if not unpackaged carefully — refunds are not provided for missing rhinestones. Thank you for understanding.

Return Eligibility (When Returning Is Possible)

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

1. Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns submitted after this window cannot be accepted.

2. The buyer is responsible for:
Return shipping costs
Choosing a shipping method that includes customs clearance
Please do not use a method requiring recipient-side customs clearance. Our warehouse cannot accept packages that require this.

3. Items must be returned with:
• No visible signs of damage
• All original packaging intact
Any damage or missing packaging will void return eligibility.

4. Certain products are non-returnable, including:
• Intimate/under-garment or sanitary goods
• Hazardous materials
• Flammable liquids or gases

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Include:
• Your order number
• The reason for your request
• Photos or videos if applicable

Our team will respond with the next steps based on our policy.

Refunds (If Approved)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you with the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 2–3 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

If your refund has not appeared after this timeframe, contact us at info@shopseralight.com and we will investigate.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a digital gift credit equal to the value of your return once the item is received.
